Abstract

Modern businesses or modern markets apart from providing attractive shopping alternatives also offer comfort and quality products, competitive prices and sometimes even cheaper than traditional markets/retail traders. Business activities such as minimarkets have become an interesting phenomenon and attention. The existing Candamart is made in such a way as to attract consumers' interest in buying there. The existing Candamart must be able to create excellence in the products and services offered, so that it can attract consumer interest and feel satisfied because their needs can be met well. The aim of this research is to find out whether price and service factors influence consumer satisfaction in shopping at Candamart.
