Abstract

This study investigates the effect of implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction at ABC Network, Gedangan Village, Sidayu, Gresik. The analysis shows that honesty, fairness, trust, responsibility, social care, and the prohibition of usury play a central role in forming positive relationships between companies and customers.
